In the end, we made a deal that I get him #b50 Lupin bananas, Rina's Unagi Special, and a fresh milk#k, and he gives me the book. According to Ronnie, I can find Rina at Henesys, and as for the fresh milk, I can get it from Rowen the fairy from Ellinia. I have a lot of traveling to do, but oh well...
